Fire Station 1

Fire Station 1 serves as our headquarters station where much of the administrative staff are located. This station also provides a community room, which doubles as a classroom for many of our department training sessions. Station 1 is home to Engine 101, Ladder 101, Tender 101, and Battalion 101. Firefighters operating out of Fire Station 1 respond to approximately 4,500 calls for service each year. Personnel assigned to Station 1 oversee the Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) program. SCBA’s are the air packs firefighters wear to protect themselves from hazardous environments.
