Description: The city is considering a request from the Water and Sewer Department to annex 53.62 acres of land into the City of Greeley located approximately east of North 59th Avenue, south of the Cache La Poudre River, and west of North 35th Avenue, currently within unincorporated Weld County jurisdiction. The applicant is proposing to establish HA (Holding Agriculture) and CD (Conservation District) zoning on proposed annexation land.
