Notice is hereby given that the City of Greeley intends to submit an application for a 2026 United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Brownfield Cleanup Grant for the 978-Acre Shurview Property located North of US Hwy 34 Business and bisected by State Hwy 257, Greeley, CO.  The DRAFT Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) and the DRAFT grant application are available for review and comment at City Hall, 1001 11th Avenue, 2nd Floor, Greeley, CO 80631, or by contacting Doug May at doug.may@greeleygov.com All individuals are welcome to provide comments and attend the public meeting. Please provide comments on the proposed application or ABCA to the City of Greeley, co Doug May, 1100 10th Street, 2nd Floor, Greeley, CO 80631. Those preferring to email comments, please use the subject line “EPA Brownfield Cleanup Comment” and email to Doug May at doug.may@greeleygov.com by January 13, 2026. Comments received by the deadline will be reviewed and attached to the final submittal.
