Squad 101 operates as a dedicated Mobile Integrated Health unit staffed by two paramedics and works collaboratively with North Colorado Health Alliance. The team proactively responds to low-acuity and non-emergency incidents, provides follow-up care and system navigation, and, when appropriate, diverts calls from the traditional emergency response model, thereby reducing system demand while maintaining continuity of care for high-utilization and vulnerable populations.

Squad 101 works within an established network of community and clinical partners, including the Greeley Police Department’s CORE (Community Outreach and Resource Engagement), UCHealth clinics, hospitals, behavioral health providers, public health, and local law enforcement. The team coordinates directly with these partners in real time to manage referrals, support care transitions, and conduct targeted follow-ups, reducing repeat 911 utilization and ensuring patients are connected to the most appropriate level of care.
