Bought or Sold a Property?
The title company will order a final bill for the property, scheduled two business days before closing. The title company will then collect the final bill amount at closing. The buyer and seller of the property will complete a transfer of ownership form. To complete the transfer, the title company will submit the transfer of ownership form shortly after closing to ensure a timely transfer of services.
A new property owner should expect the first bill at least a month after closing. Questions? Contact Greeley Water and Sewer at 970-350-9811 or utility.billing@greeleygov.com.
