Business Licenses and Resources

Any company or individual conducting business in the City of Greeley must obtain a business license. There is a license Fee of $100.00 and required liability insurance. A State of Colorado Sales Tax License is required before applying for the Retail Food Establishment License through Weld County.

Pawn Broker and Security Service

Licenses are managed by the Police Records Department

Any person wishing to base their business out of their home must submit an application for a Home Occupation Permit through Greeley’s Planning division. The fee is $100, due every two years.
