Open Records Requests

Greeley uses a centralized system for managing public records, as reflected in the Colorado Open Records Act "CORA" Policy.

All public records requests should be submitted through the City Clerk’s Office. The Clerk’s Office will coordinate with the appropriate departments to locate and provide the requested records.

If your request involves the Greeley Police Department or the Greeley Municipal Court, please use the separate request forms available for those departments. There may be a fee for your request based upon staff time and costs needed to gather and produce the information.
