Outreach Team Support 

If you are experiencing homelessness, need help with rent or other services or are looking for resource information, contact HNC@unitedway-weld.org or call 2-1-1. Greeley's Housing Navigation Center is behind DriveWise on 8th Avenue.

Greeley’s Homeless Solutions Outreach team is here to provide support and connect individuals to the resources they need. 

If you are experiencing homelessness, we can help you access services and assistance. 

If you are a community member who is concerned or sees someone in need, our team is available to take those calls, check in with the individual and provide guidance and support.
