4-H Building
A small and flexible venue often used for meetings, parties and receptions. This building has many amenities and can comfortably host a variety of gatherings.

- Daily Rates -
- Friday-Sunday: $1,420 per day
- Monday-Thursday: $1,120 per day
- Great Hall: 77’ X 86’ = 6,622 square feet
- Meeting Room: 31’ X 43’ = 1,333 square feet
- Kitchen: 24’ X 43’ = 1,032 square feet
- Damage deposit required. This is a separate charge and not included in the rent.
- There will be a $1/person food and beverage surcharge added to all private rentals where food is being served. The only exception to this policy is if the part has less than 100 people and homemade food is being brought in by the renter.
- Rental Includes: 30 tables and 240 chairs
- Note: Room setup is not included in the rental rate. Our staff can set-up your event for an additional fee.

Bunkhouse
A historic and unique setting, the Bunkhouse was Greeley’s first city hall. Host your next holiday party or reunion in this picturesque spot. For events in warmer weather, take advantage of the covered patio overlooking the park.

- Main Room: 50’ X 30’ = 1,500 square feet
- Covered Deck: 30’ X 41’ = 1,230 square feet

Buckle Club
The Buckle Club is located in the middle of the park just west of the Arena and Grandstands. This beautiful facility features a covered patio facing west and overlooking the park. A favorite spot for parties and receptions.

- Room: 1,160 sq. ft
- Covered Patio: 1,200 sq. ft.

A flexible outdoor pavilion on the east side of the park surrounded by trees with plenty of green space. The setting is great for hosting families and is conveniently located near a large playground area.

- Damage Deposit = $100. This is a separate charge and not included in the rent.
- Total amount ($250) due at the time of booking.
