Arena and Grandstands

Welcome to one of the nation’s top pro-rodeo arenas and grandstands. The space is suited for more than just rodeos. Experience tractor pulls and monster trucks or top-billing concerts and light shows. The arena offers comfort and flexibility for both daytime competitions and late-night entertainment.

  • Available May-September.  
  • Available in April and October for groups of 500 or less.   
  • Warm-Up Arena: 120' x 70' = 8,400 square feet
  • Large Arena Size: 311' x 205' = 63,755 square feet
  • The arena is watered and dragged once daily during the event.
  • Two-Day rental is required. Additional labor rates may apply.

Saddle Club and Rock House

The Greeley Saddle Club Center is a great add-on rental space for your arena events. This location is often used as a warm-up arena before competitions or shows. Saddle Club rentals include access to the Rock House and amenities.

  • Saddle Club Arena: 300’ X 118’ = 35,400 square feet
  • Saddle Club Warm-Up Arena: 210’ X 96’ = 19,170 square feet
  • Rock House: 48 ’ X 30’ = 1,440 square feet
  • Arenas are dragged once a day. Tractor rental for additional dragging is $50/hr with a minimum of 1 hour.
  • There will be a $1/person food and beverage surcharge added to all private rentals where food is being served. The only exception to this policy is if the part has less than 100 people and homemade food is being brought in by the renter.

Livestock Building

Island Grove’s Livestock Building is a versatile venue that hosts livestock and equipment shows, bull riding, horse shows, and small indoor rodeos. If you need an indoor arena location, this space is the perfect solution.

  • Barn Size: 300’ x 100’ = 30,000 square feet
  • Two Cargo Doors: 23'h x 13'w
  • There will be a $1/person food and beverage surcharge added to all private rentals where food is being served. The only exception to this policy is if the part has less than 100 people and homemade food is being brought in by the renter.

Poudre River Pavilion

Trees and plenty of green space surround this attractive outdoor pavilion. The space is conveniently located near Island Grove’s event center and a large playground area. Covered and lighted, it is an ideal setting for receptions and festivals.

  • Rates vary per event. Submit an inquiry for a quote.
  • 102’ x 90’ = 9,180 square feet
  • Damage Deposit is required. This is a separate charge and not included in the rent.
  • Total amount (Daily Rate & Damage Deposit) is due at the time of booking.
  • There will be a $1/person food and beverage surcharge added to all private rentals where food is being served. The only exception to this policy is if the part has less than 100 people and homemade food is being brought in by the renter.
  • Note: Room setup is not included in the rental rate. Our staff can set-up your event for an additional fee.
