Welcome to Union Colony Civic Center! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons, staff and performers, outlined below are important policies and guidelines. Please read through the following frequently asked questions for helpful information about UCCC venues, policies, and guidelines. Questions or in need of further clarification? No re-entry is allowed once you have entered the venue. Please make sure to bring everything you need before entering the event, as you will not be permitted to leave and come back in once the event has started.
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the venue. However, food and beverages purchased at the concession stand inside the theater are allowed for most events. Please check with UCCC for specific exceptions as some events may have different policies regarding food and beverage.
Pets are not allowed in the venue, with the exception of service dogs. If you are bringing a service dog, please ensure it is under control at all times.

Photography and video recording are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer. This includes the use of cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras, GoPros, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks.
While there is no formal dress code, we ask that all patrons wear appropriate clothing. Offensive or disruptive attire may result in refusal of entry.
If you are found in violation of the venue’s policies, including bringing in prohibited items, you may be asked to leave the venue without refund. In some cases, further action may be taken, depending on the nature of the violation.
Children are welcome at many events. However, please check individual event listings for age restrictions or guidelines. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
If you lose an item, please contact a member of our staff immediately. We have a lost and found located at the box office where you can inquire about any missing items.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building. Please be considerate of others when using these areas.
