The City Manager’s Office (CMO) provides overall guidance to all City operating departments and is responsible for the administration of City programs.
City Manager – Raymond C. Lee III
The City Manager is responsible for overseeing the City's day-to-day operations. Ramond C. Lee III was appointed to be the city’s chief administrative officer in January 2022. During his career, he’s served in numerous city departments, previously holding leadership positions with the City of Dallas and City of Amarillo in Texas. An experienced leader in municipal government, Raymond C. Lee III was appointed by City Council to be the city’s chief administrative officer in January 2022. Lee joined the City of Greeley a year earlier as deputy city manager after previously holding leadership positions with the City of Dallas and the City of Amarillo in Texas. During his career, he’s served in numerous city departments from public works and streets to library services, human resources and risk management. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in public administration from Henderson State University and the University of Kansas, respectively.
