Pay Online
Pay water and sewer bills in several different ways. The easiest is through Greeley’s online portal, where you can pay securely with an electronic check or credit/debit card. You can access multiple accounts 24/7 from this location, go paperless (if enrolled), and receive billing reminders and receipts via email.
How to enroll:
- Provide: Your account number
- Your name as it appears on your bill (all caps, last name first).
To pay without enrolling, click on PAY NOW in the portal.

Secure payment and the detachable payment portion of a bill and use a drive-thru payment window on the southwest corner of the City Hall parking lot. The payment window is located at:

Payment in envelopes can also be deposited in the 24-hour drop box next to the drive-thru payment window.
Qualified Residents Can Receive One-Time Utility Bill Credit
Qualifying households can receive a one-time utility bill credit, aligning with the same criteria as the Food Tax Rebate Program. Customers can check eligibility by going to Low Income & Food Tax (LIFT) and Utility Program (UP) page.

Changing Rental Properties?
Moving in or out of a property, please complete the Modify Your Utility Billing Account Online to submit a request to transfer service.
Information needed to transfer service:
- New Tenant - Lease and ID
- New Property Manager - Property management agreement
Bought or Sold a Property?
The title company will order a final bill for the property, scheduled two business days before closing. The title company will then collect the final bill amount at closing. The buyer and seller of the property will complete a transfer of ownership form. To complete the transfer, the title company will submit the transfer of ownership form shortly after closing to ensure a timely transfer of services.
