Businesses that qualify can purchase Raw Water Credits (RWCs) at up to a 36% discount, thanks to the City’s 2021 purchase of Terry Ranch. These credits are applied directly to business projects, making it easier and less costly to start or expand operations in Greeley. By providing reliable, affordable water access, the program removes a major barrier to business growth and job creation.
