Major projects driving growth in Greeley

Greeley is experiencing unprecedented growth, and this momentum isn’t happening by chance. Greeley has intentionally created a pro-business environment that attracts investment and supports long-term economic success. With major projects underway and more on the horizon, Greeley is shaping a thriving, future-ready economy that drives business growth while enhancing the region's livability and appeal.

West Greeley Project

Artist's rendering of the proposed Colorado Eagle's hockey arena to be built in West Greeley. The building is modern and sleek, with large expanses of glass, metal, and a slanted flat roof. Large, lit letters on the front of the building read "WEST SIDE ARENA" and "GREELEY, COLORADO". Raised stone flowerbeds are filled with colorful bushes and shrubbery and a small pond with fountain are off to the left of the building. A walkway lined with lights and black metal railing allows pedestrians to cross a lazy river that winds around the right side of the building. The scene is at dusk, with lit street lights lining the walkways.

This 300-acre mixed-use district will bring a new home for the Colorado Eagles hockey team, a hotel and indoor water park, retail, dining, and more than 6,000 housing units. Anchored by a modern transit hub, this development will strengthen Greeley's economy while offering new entertainment and lifestyle opportunities.
