Greeley is setting a new standard in healthcare innovation with the expansion of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE), a move that positions our city as a national leader in professional testing. As the international testing agency for chiropractic professionals, NBCE plays a critical role in ensuring the competency of chiropractors across the globe. From its headquarters in Greeley, the NBCE develops, administers, and scores standardized exams that assess knowledge, cognitive abilities, and problem-solving skills in both basic and clinical sciences.

Now, NBCE is entering an exciting new chapter with the expansion of its campus through the creation of a state-of-the-art Part IV Assessment Center. This new facility will centralize the practical exam known as the Part IV, which is a key component in chiropractic licensure. Previously administered at multiple sites across the country, the Part IV exam will now be offered exclusively at this new Greeley location starting in April 2026.

The expansion includes a 15,000-square-foot building, featuring a lower level dedicated to hands-on testing and an upper level designed as an event space with sweeping views of the NBCE campus. The facility will incorporate cutting-edge technology, including multi-angle video-recorded patient encounter stations to better simulate real-world clinical scenarios and improve exam standardization.

Beyond its impact on the chiropractic profession, this development is great addition to Greeley. The new center is expected to bring 3,000 chiropractic professionals to our city each year, boosting local hospitality, dining, and retail sectors. Additionally, the project has created approximately 70 new part-time jobs for our community, contributing to economic growth and reinforcing Greeley’s reputation as a hub for healthcare innovation.

The NBCE’s investment a long-term commitment to both the chiropractic field and the Greeley community. With the assessment center opening in a few weeks, we’re thrilled to see this vision come to life and proud to support an organization that not only elevates professional standards but also enriches our local economy and healthcare landscape.
