GreeleyCO.gov, a New Website Built for You

Welcome to the new City of Greeley website. We are currently in a soft launch and are continuing to improve the upgraded site. Thank you for your patience as we work through the final stages of development.

What’s Changing?

The new City of Greeley Utility Portal will replace the current water and sewer billing system and the WaterSmart Program.

The new City of Greeley Utility Portal consolidates your water utility bills, water use data, and available resources into a single, user-friendly online system.

Pay your water utility bills instantly and easily online. Set up automatic payments to avoid late fees or make one-time payments without enrolling in autopay.

View detailed water use trends, identify potential leaks with leak alerts, and access local water-saving resources and incentives to proactively manage your water use.

How Does It Benefit You?

The new Greeley Utility Portal is easy to use and offers great benefits over the current system.

Streamlined access means you can handle all your utility needs with just a few clicks –anytime, anywhere.

A modern, integrated system with automatic bill pay options enhances your customer experience.

Water usage data and leak alerts help you quickly identify and address issues, reducing water waste and potentially saving you money.

What Do You Need to Do?

When the new system launches in November 2025, please create an account in the new City of Greeley Utility Portal. This is strongly recommended for all customers, and it is especially important if you currently pay your water bills online.

How: Check back on this page in early November 2025 for a link to create your new account.

Note: If you currently pay your water utility bill online and do not create a new account, your billing will revert to paper bills. If you’re already receiving paper bills, your service will remain unchanged.

Digital literacy trainings will be available at the LINC Library Innovation Center in Greeley.
