On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 11:23 a.m., numerous Greeley Police officers responded to a shooting in the 3700 block of 25th Street. The suspects fled the area prior to officer’s arrival. Eventually, six males were detained and subsequently arrested as a result of this incident. Three of the suspects were juveniles. The juvenile suspects were transported to a youth correctional facility to be booked in. Because of their ages, we cannot release their names or photos. But we can notify you of their charges. Juvenile Suspect #1 (Age 17): - Possession of a Handgun by a Juvenile, a Misdemeanor - Engaging in a Riot with a Deadly Weapon, a Felony - Criminal Mischief, a Felony Juvenile Suspect #2 (Age 16): - Possession of a Handgun by a Juvenile, a Misdemeanor - Engaging in a Riot with a Deadly Weapon, a Felony - Criminal Mischief, a Felony - Vehicular Eluding, a Misdemeanor - Reckless Driving, a Misdemeanor - Hit & Run Traffic Accident, a Misdemeanor Juvenile Suspect #3 (Age 15): - Possession of a Handgun by a Juvenile, a Misdemeanor - Engaging in a Riot with a Deadly Weapon, a Felony The three adult suspects were transported to the Weld County Jail to be booked in. Their names, ages, and charges are listed below. Jose Lopez-Gutierrez (Age 24): - Possession of a Handgun by a Previous Offender, a Felony - Unlawfully Carrying a Concealed Weapon, a Misdemeanor - Engaging in a Riot with a Deadly Weapon, a Felony - Criminal Mischief, a Felony Izic Dormio (Age 20): - Engaging in a Riot with a Deadly Weapon, a Felony - Criminal Mischief, a Felony Esteban Guzman-Torres (Age 20): - Engaging in a Riot with a Deadly Weapon, a Felony - Criminal Mischief, a Felony The investigation is still on-going.
