Sex Assault on Child by One in a Position of Trust/Pattern of Abuse

19G078039 – Sex Assault on Child by One in a Position of Trust/Pattern of Abuse On Wednesday, September 4, 2019, Greeley Police responded to the Union Colony Prep School on a third-hand report from a school official that information had been received that a male teacher was possibly involved with a female student in a relationship.  A detective was assigned the case and developed additional information and obtained evidence regarding this report, and on Friday, September 6^th, Greeley investigators arrested the individual below on the charges listed.  The victim is a sixteen-year-old female student that attends Union Colony Prep School.  No additional information will be released at this time as this is an active investigation.
