Greeley man arrested Sunday after reportedly exposing himself to passersby from his door frame

A Greeley man was arrested Sunday after reportedly exposing himself to passersby from his door frame. Lt. Aaron Carmichael, a Greeley police spokesman, said Donald Riley, 52, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure about 1:45 p.m. at his home in the 1800 block of 9th Street. Carmichael said a female victim reported Riley was exposing himself through a door when women walked by the home. Riley was booked into the Weld County Jail and remained there Monday. He has been arrested twice before for the same charge, in 2013 and 2015, according to jail records. His bond hearing is at 2:30 p.m. in Weld County Court.
