GREELEY, Colo. – On Wednesday July 16th, 2025, at 12:22 p.m. officers with the Greeley Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at 817 26th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. Shortly after arriving on scene, officers located a male with obvious injuries. Medical attention was provided by officers on scene until emergency medical personnel arrived on scene and transported the male to the North Colorado Medical Center. The victim was identified as a 37-year-old male resident of Greeley. His name will be released by the Weld County Coroner’s Office pending next-of-kin notification. He succumbed to his injuries after being transported to the hospital. This incident appears to be an isolated event.
