27-Year-Old Arrested for Attempted Murder After Greeley Shooting
GREELEY, Colo. – On Friday, July 7, the Greeley Police Department was dispatched to the 1400 block of 13th Street after receiving a call about someone being shot. Officers arriving in the area located a 47-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound. Medical personnel were summoned and transported the victim to a local hospital with serious injuries; he is expected to survive. The suspect, 27-year-old Taylor Lynn, remained on scene and was taken into custody by officers without incident. Lynn was transported to the Weld County Jail and booked on charges of Attempted Murder, 2nd Degree Assault, and Felony Menacing. No additional information will be released today.
