Family FunPlex to Reopen Newly Renovated Waterpark

After renovations that started earlier this year, the Family FunPlex’s indoor waterpark will reopen Nov. 7.

The newly renovated facility will open with a new underwater-themed waterpark and play features. Additionally, during the renovations, Denver artist Julia Williams completed a new mural for the indoor waterpark.

Located at 1501 65th Ave., the Family FunPlex’s waterpark offers a warm-water pool where families can:

  • Take a spin around the lazy river.
  • Explore the zero-depth pool and play structures.
  • Go down one of the massive indoor water slides.
  • Exercise in the lap pool.

The Family FunPlex offers open swim hours noon to 8 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; Noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
