Woman Cited for Harassment Following City Council Meeting
GREELEY, Colo. – On September 2nd, a Greeley City Council Meeting was held at City Center South, in the 1000 block of 11th Avenue. The meeting drew a sizeable crowd for public comment on the Catalyst Greeley West project. Greeley Police officers were present in the council chambers.
Following the public comment portion of the meeting, as attendees were exiting, a physical altercation ensued between two attendees outside of the council chambers. Following the initial investigation, Mary Monahan, 71, was cited for harassment and released on scene. The victim was a 40-year-old woman.
