GREELEY, Colo. — The 2026 series of Homeowner Association (HOA) workshops will wrap up with the final workshop on October 1.

“Are You Discriminating? You Might Be, And Not Even Realize It & Tips for Dealing with Angry Owners & Diffusing Explosive Situations,” will help you recognize situations that could lead to discrimination claims. You’ll learn practical steps for reducing risk and avoiding common problems.

The workshop will also cover ways to deal with angry owners, and presenters will offer tips for calming tense situations and handling difficult conversations.

Amanda Ashley and Jenny Shamoon of Altitude Community Law will lead the workshop. Both specialize in HOA law and administration and will provide practical guidance for HOA boards.

All workshops are from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be provided. Advance registration is required. Register online or contact the City of Greeley Community Development Office at 970-350-9780 or email cd_admin_team@greeleygov.com.

The City of Greeley and Altitude Community Law are partnering to present the workshop series.
