Community Open House to Share Vision and Regional Plan for Western Greeley
GREELEY, Colo. — The City of Greeley invites residents to attend a West Greeley Community Planning Open House on Jan. 26, at 6 p.m. at the Family FunPlex. The event will feature urban designer and author, Jeff Speck, who will return to share planning concepts shaped by community input from last summer’s visioning event.
In July, residents participated in a packed, interactive community visioning event focused on walkability, growth and the future of western Greeley. That feedback helped inform the updated concepts that will be presented at this open house.
Greeley is continuing to work with Speck Dempsey and Able City to develop the West Greeley subarea plan, which will help guide future decisions related to housing, transportation, parks and neighborhood design.
At the open house, attendees can view concept boards, listen to Jeff Speck, ask questions and give more feedback.
