GREELEY, Colo. — The Greeley City Council recently appointed five new community members to serve on city boards and commissions. These groups play a vital role by offering advice and insight to elected officials. Congratulations to: 

  • Cheryl Lee – Greeley Art Commission
  • Molly Mcintosh – Greeley Art Commission
  • Dan Podell – Historic Preservation Commission
  • Doran Azari – Historic Preservation Commission
  • Melissa Martinez – Historic Preservation Commission
  • Deb Callies – Housing Authority
  • Chuck Rehmer – Housing for All Advisory Board
  • Jaymi Anderson – Housing for All Advisory Board
  • Cathy Salaymeh – Union Colony Civic Center Advisory Board
  • Emily Karowsky – Youth Commission
  • Owen Harper – Youth Commission

There are still opportunities to get involved, with open seats available on the following boards:

  • Citizen Budget Advisory Committee – 1 seat.
  • Citizen Transportation Advisory Board – 1 seat.
  • Commission on Disabilities – 1 seat requires a local employer or community member.
  • Greeley Urban Renewal Authority – 1 seat.
  • Human Relations Commission – 4 seats.
  • Stormwater Board – 1 seat.
  • Youth Commission – 1 seat.
