Greeley City Council Welcomes New Board and Commission Members
Residents encouraged to apply for open positions.
GREELEY, Colo. — The Greeley City Council recently appointed five new community members to serve on city boards and commissions. These groups play a vital role by offering advice and insight to elected officials. Congratulations to:
John Fargo – Commission on Disabilities
Jaiden Krause – Human Relations Commission
Dr. Annareli Morales – Museum Board
Donna Hendren – Museum Board
Brian Franzen – Planning Commission
There are still opportunities to get involved, with open seats available on the following boards:
- Citizen Budget Advisory Committee– 1 seat.
- Commission on Disabilities – 1 seat requires a local employer or community member.
- Human Relations Commission – 3 seats.
- Island Grove Advisory Board – 1 seat.
- Stormwater Board – 1 seat.
- Youth Commission – 3 seats.
The city will accept applications until 8 a.m., Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Learn about each board and commission and apply online at https://greeleyco.gov/government/get-involved/boards-and-commissions.
Interviews will be scheduled for the week of November 3. Appointments will be made at the November 18 Council meeting.
