GREELEY, Colo. — The 2025 Homeowner Association (HOA) workshops wrap up with the final two in September and October.

The September 11 presentation, “Who is Responsible for Taking Care of ‘Weird Stuff’ in the Community?” will review unique and strange issues boards deal with and how best to address them.

The October 9 presentation, “Required/Recommended Policies – Do You Have Them and Are They Up to Date?” includes needed policy updates, the nine required good governance policies and their current requirements.

The presenters, Amanda Ashley and Melissa Garcia from Altitude Community Law, are experts in HOA law and administration. They will share tips on how boards can best handle these issues.

Both workshops are from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family FunPlex at 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be served. Pre-registration is required. RSVP by contacting the Community Development Office at 970-350-9780 or cd_admin_team@greeleygov.com

The City of Greeley, in conjunction with Altitude Community Law P.C., are partnering to hold the series.
