After experiencing the loss of a relationship, Tim, an Air Force veteran, found himself without a place to stay, spending time on the streets and in shelters. That changed when he connected with the City of Greeley Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Program.

Through RRH, Tim gained a stable home, a safe place to shower, store belongings, and began rebuilding. Through supportive services, he worked on life skills, job readiness, resume building, and securing employment.
Now, with a steady income and a home of his own, Tim has learned to manage bills and stay connected to resources that support long-term housing stability. After one year in the program, he successfully exited RRH and was accepted into veteran housing assistance, a big step toward lasting independence.

Tim’s story is one of many. Currently, 7 veterans are housed with RRH or Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) support. In Weld County, an additional 15 veterans are seeking services and housing, as tracked through the By Name List.
