BATTLE Operation Leads To Seven Arrests

GREELEY, Colo. – On Monday, November 3, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Greeley Police officers initiated a traffic stop on a Toyota Highlander in the 2200 block of 10th Avenue. The vehicle was driven by Rigel Fuller, 29, with passenger Savannah Vasquez, 24. Fuller is currently on parole for Aggravated Robbery, and Vasquez was found to have four active warrants.

The vehicle fled from the traffic stop, and officers safely monitored its path. The vehicle was tracked to a residence in the 2000 block of 23rd Avenue, where three individuals were observed exiting the vehicle and entering the home.

Officers established a perimeter around the residence. When those inside refused to comply with officers’ commands, search and arrest warrants were obtained, and the Greeley SWAT Team was called to assist. At approximately 4:20 p.m., a Reverse 911 alert was issued to nearby residents, advising them to shelter in place while officers worked to safely resolve the situation.

Over the next several hours, 12 individuals exited the residence, Fuller and Vasquez, however, refused to surrender. SWAT deployed chemical munitions into the home before making entry and located both suspects hiding in a basement crawlspace. They were medically treated for chemical exposure before being transported to the Weld County Jail.

Fuller was arrested for Hit and Run, Reckless Driving, Vehicular Eluding, and Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender. Vasquez was arrested for three counts of Failure to Appear on a Warrant and Being a Fugitive of Justice.

In addition to Fuller and Vasquez, the following individuals were also arrested in connection with the incident:

  • Wendi Cisneros, 36 – Probation Violation, Failure to Appear on a Warrant, Fugitive of Justice

  • Julienne Degraff, 33 – Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender, Fugitive of Justice, Violation of Parole

  • Jadynne Gonzalez, 26 – Unauthorized Absence, Failure to Appear, Fugitive of Justice

  • Aleen Oros, 27 – Failure to Appear on a Warrant

  • Geoffrey Rocha, 37 – Failure to Appear on a Warrant

Three additional individuals were cited and released on scene, and four others were released without citations after being identified and interviewed.
