2025 ‘Your Thoughts on Greeley’ Non-Greeley Residents Survey Results

The City of Greeley extends heartfelt thanks to our neighbors in Colorado and Wyoming for sharing their thoughts in our recent visitor survey. Your feedback helps us better understand what draws people to Greeley and how we can make the community even more welcoming.

Highlights from the survey:

• 89% of respondents have visited Greeley. Most came to see family/friends, for business, or to enjoy dining and shopping.
  Visitors generally hold a positive impression of Greeley.
• Greeley earned high marks for higher education, healthcare, and agriculture.
• The Greeley Stampede was the most recognized event, followed by Union Colony Civic Center shows and UNC athletics.

Community priorities & challenges:

• Top areas to strengthen: public safety, appearance, and cleanliness.
• Barriers to visiting included preference for other cities, limited awareness of what Greeley offers, and perceptions of limited activities.
• The results were shared with City Council on July 22, 2025 and will guide future efforts to enhance Greeley’s appeal and visitor experience.
