Melissa McDonald serves as Mayor Pro Tem and is a small business owner, bringing firsthand experience in policy, budgets, and city operations. Her ties to the community and understanding of local economic needs inform the leadership and communication skills required to support a strong Council–Manager relationship.

Kimberly Southern is the City of Greeley’s Chief People Officer. She brings expertise in leadership development, hiring and organizational culture to the screening process.
