Brian McBroom serves as Greeley's Acting City Manager, bringing firsthand knowledge of the city's operations and challenges that uniquely position him to identify the leadership qualities and strategic vision essential for Greeley's next leader.

Mayor Hall serves as the Mayor of Greeley and represents the community and City Council in the recruitment process. His role on the Screening Committee helps ensure the next City Manager can effectively partner with City Council and serve the community’s long-term goals.

Melissa McDonald serves as Mayor Pro Tem and is a small business owner, bringing firsthand experience in policy, budgets, and city operations. Her ties to the community and understanding of local economic needs inform the leadership and communication skills required to support a strong Council–Manager relationship.

Kimberly Southern is the City of Greeley’s Chief People Officer. She brings expertise in leadership development, hiring and organizational culture to the screening process.

Allena Portis serves as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy City Manager for the City of Greeley. With over 25 years of local government experience, she provides insight into city operations, budgeting, and executive leadership.

Sean Chambers serves as Greeley's Water & Sewer Utilities Director. He brings expertise in managing water rights, utility infrastructure, and the teams that deliver best-in-class utility services that support the city's quality of life and economic growth. Sean will help identify a City Manager who excels at both day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Teri Gutierrez is an Executive Assistant with the Greeley Police Department. She contributes knowledge of internal operations and support for executive leadership within public safety.

Dr. Pilch leads Greeley-Evans School District 6 as Superintendent, bringing extensive experience managing a large public organization and fostering collaborative partnerships that will be essential in identifying a City Manager capable of serving Greeley's dynamic, growing community.

Jaime serves as President and CEO of the Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce, leading the organization’s strategic direction, growth and impact. She partners with business and community leaders to champion and advocate for Chamber investors and drive initiatives that fuel economic prosperity.
