March 13: Board Powers and Duties vs. Homeowner Powers and Duties – What’s the Difference and Why Should You Care?
June 12: Greeley Codes
September 11: Who is Responsible for Taking Care of “Weird Stuff” in the Community?
October 9: Required/Recommended Policies – Do You Have Them and Are They Up to Date?
All classes will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family Funplex, 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be available. Pre-register with the Community Development Office at 970-350-9780 or cd_admin_team@greeleygov.com.
The City of Greeley, in conjunction with Altitude Community Law P.C., are partnering to hold the quarterly series.
