Winter Schedule Effective October 12

GREELEY, Colo. — The Homeless Solutions Outreach Team will have new winter hours starting Saturday, October 12. These changes will ensure continued support while promoting team safety and well-being as the colder months approach.

The new winter hours are:

  • Monday-Friday: 7 a.m.-6  p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Holidays: 8 a.m.-noon

The team will still provide the same level of service, but now with more regular hours to work in the community.

How to Contact the Outreach Team

If you need help, call the Outreach team at 970-351-5005. Team members may be out working, so please leave a message with details and a callback number. If you call after hours, the team will return your call the next business day during regular hours.

The team is also available at the LINC Library, 501 8th Avenue, Greeley, on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon and Thursdays from 2 to 4 p.m. to answer questions and provide support.

For non-emergency situations, like illegal activity near a business or reporting a past incident, call the Greeley Police non-emergency line at 970-350-9600.

If you or someone you know is facing a behavioral health crisis, North Range Behavioral Health is available 24/7 at 970-347-2120 or 844-493-TALK (8255). Help is free and confidential.

Support in Bad Weather

The Outreach Team will still work during extreme cold weather and other harsh conditions to help people and connect them with the resources they need, such as the cold weather shelter provided by The United Way of Weld County.

For emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, or someone in immediate danger, call 9-1-1.
