GREELEY, Colo. – The Greeley Recreation Center will have new locker rooms this fall. Construction on this remodel project will begin May 13 and continue through September 9.

Planned Improvements

The Culture, Parks and Recreation Department is delighted to share the following improvements will take place:

  • ADA-accessible locker rooms and family changing areas.
  • New rentable and day-use lockers with individual coded locks to secure personal items.
  • All gender/family changing rooms include dedicated lockers and separate access.
  • Changing rooms include child and adult tables, child safety seats, and ADA benches in the showers.
  • Individual non-slip showers in all locker rooms.

“This project will improve accessibility to our locker rooms and pool area for all customers,” said Daniel Lawrence, recreation division manager. “We are excited about these new features and are thrilled to see them come to fruition.”
