GREELEY, Colo. — The City of Greeley Municipal Courts will take part in Warrant Clearance Day on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 1-4 p.m. at the Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, in Greeley. 

This event offers individuals with eligible Greeley Municipal warrants an opportunity to clear their warrants. Representatives from the Greeley Municipal Court will work alongside legal and justice departments to assist those who qualify in getting open warrants cleared from their records. 

If you’re unsure whether your Greeley Municipal case qualifies, contact the Office of the Public Defender before the event at warrantforgiveness.greeley@coloradodefenders.us.  

Eligible offenses include: 

  • Greeley Municipal and Weld County misdemeanor, traffic, and drug felony class 4 charges, some 5 and 6 felonies 
  • Probation violations 

Ineligible offenses include: 

  • Any case involving the Victim Rights Act (VRA), including assault, domestic violence, child abuse or offenses such as careless driving causing injury 
  • Violations involving sentencing terms (jail, work release or electronic home monitoring) 
  • Juvenile delinquency cases 
  • Out-of-county or municipal warrants other than Greeley
