Free Workshops to Manage HOAs Starting in March

Greeley residents and property managers can register for free workshops to support the successful management of homeowner’s associations (HOAs) and boards.  

The dates and topics of the HOA workshops are: 

  • March 7: Silent Documents – Explore the hidden powers of HOAs not explicitly found in
    governing documents.
  • June 13: Towing, Xeriscaping, and Vegetable Gardens – Are We Complying with the New Laws? 
  • September 12: Eight Meeting Mistakes and Fair Housing Laws

All classes will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family Funplex at 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be served. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Community Development Office at 970-350-9780 or cd_admin_team@greeleygov.com.
