free workshops to support the successful management of homeowner’s associations
(HOAs)and boards.

June 8: Necessary Evils: Collections, Foreclosures and
Covenant Enforcement
September 13: A Smorgasbord of Legal Stuff for Association

December 7: Silent Documents – What Authority Do We Have?
All classes will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley
Family Funplex at 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be
served. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Community Development
Office at 970-350-9780 or planning@greeleygov.com.
The City of Greeley, in conjunction with Altitude Community
