Free Workshops to Manage HOAs Continue Through

Greeley residents and property managers can register for free workshops to support the successful management of homeowner associations (HOAs) and boards.  

The first workshop, Board Member Basics: HOA 101, was held in March with over 80 residents attending. A video recording of the presentation is available on the City’s YouTube channel.

The remaining 2023 HOA trainings include: 

• June 8: Necessary Evils: Collections, Foreclosures, and Covenant Enforcement 

• September 13: A Smorgasbord of Legal Stuff for Association Governance 

• December 7: Silent Documents – What Authority Do We Have? 

All classes are held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family Funplex at 1501 65^th Avenue.
Light refreshments will be available.
