CANCELLED: Final Free Workshop to Manage HOAs Coming December 7
Greeley residents and property managers can register for the
final free workshop of the year to support the successful management of
homeowner’s associations (HOAs) and boards.
The final HOA training for 2023 is:
December 7: Silent Documents – What Authority Do We Have?
The workshop will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley
Family FunPlex at 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be
served. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Community Development
Office at 970-350-9780 or cd_admin_team@greeleygov.com.
Previous HOA Workshops
The first workshop, Board Member Basics: HOA 101, was held in March. The
Necessary Evils: Collections, Foreclosures, and Covenant Enforcement was
held in June. A Smorgasbord of Legal Stuff for Association Governance was held in September. Residents
can find video recordings of all three presentations on the City’s website at greeleygov.com/neighborhood-resource-office.
The City of Greeley is partnering with Altitude Community
Law P.C. to hold the series.
