Festive Holiday Events Hosted by Greeley Recreation

Sprinkle a little merriment and joy this season with your loved ones.

GREELEY, Colo. — The City of Greeley Recreation Division will host several annual holiday events the whole family will enjoy. 

Skate Your Turkey Off 
November 29 | noon-5 p.m.
The day after Thanksgiving, skate away the holiday feast with family and friends. Admission: $10 (includes skate rental).
Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Avenue

Jingle Bell Jam
December 13 | 5-8 p.m.
Savor holiday magic with Santa and Mrs. Claus, sip hot cocoa, and decorate an ornament for a tree (or save it as a gift for someone special!). Free!
Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Avenue

Winter Ice Show
Friday, December 13 | 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, December 14 | 3 p.m.
In this exciting figure skating exhibition in collaboration with Mountain View Skating Club, witness the spins, jumps, and breathtaking moves of heroes and villains. A fun, family-friendly show!

This year, enjoy guest performances by USA Figure Skating skaters Katie Holling, ranked fifth in the country, and William Church and Elizabeth Hansen from Illinois, ranked second. Admission: $10; children two and under are free.

Zumba Holidance
Wednesday, December 18 | 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Celebrate the holiday season with a free Zumba class. Come dressed in your favorite holiday workout clothes or an ugly sweater.

Skate with Santa
Saturday, December 21 | noon-1:30 p.m.
Lace up the skates to enjoy a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, take selfies in the photo booth and create a holiday craft. Admission: $10 (includes skate rental).
