City of Greeley officials invite artists to submit design proposals for two ongoing city efforts: Uptown Trees and the Traffic Cabinet Mural Project.

Proposal deadlines for each project are:

  • Traffic Cabinet Mural Proposal Deadline: 5 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2022
  • Uptown Tree Proposal Deadline: Dec. 5, 2022

Full submission requirements and details are available at greeleyart.com.

Call for Artists: Traffic Cabinets

The City of Greeley will commission up to six artists to design original artwork for utility cabinets located within the city. Selected artists will have their designs reproduced into a vinyl wrap and installed by a professional sign shop as public art murals. This project beautifies the city while also reflecting Greeley's culture and diversity.

Greeley's Art Commission invites all artists, whether professional or aspiring, to apply. To apply visit greeleyart.com to download proposal documents.

Call for Artists: Uptown Trees

The City of Greeley will commission three artists to design original art trees to be installed at three separate locations between downtown Greeley and the University of Northern Colorado campus. Started in 2014, the “Uptown Tree” project currently includes 30 sculpted works of various colors and forms that bring versatility to the downtown/UNC art walk corridor.

If interested, please apply on the Café website or visit Greeleyart.com
