GreeleyCO.gov, a New Website Built for You

Welcome to the new City of Greeley website. We are currently in a soft launch and are continuing to improve the upgraded site. Thank you for your patience as we work through the final stages of development.

Paying Traffic and Criminal Tickets

If your citation is marked as a "Summons Only" or has no dollar amount listed, you must appear in the Municipal Court on your arraignment date.

The instructions on your ticket will instruct you to appear in court at a specific date and time. You are NOT eligible to pay online, and you are NOT able to avoid coming to court on your court date.

Pay Without a Court Appearance

If your citation has a fine amount established on its face, you may pay your citation(s) in advance of your arraignment date and avoid coming to court.

This may lessen the points against your driving record and reduce costs. Look for the "Penalty Assessment" explanation outlined on your citation for eligibility.

Please be advised that it may take up to 14 days for the Greeley Municipal Court to receive a citation after it has been issued. If the citation is eligible for a point reduction, the 30-day payment window begins once the court receives the citation.

For confirmation that the citation has been received by the Greeley Municipal Court please call our office.

Pay Online, in Person or through the mail

To Pay Online: Visit www.citepayusa.com Your case number or citation number is required for payment. Citations can also be labeled as summons and complaints.

To Pay In Person: visit the Greeley Municipal Court office during regular business hours.

To Pay Through the Mail: Send payment and citation(s) to the Greeley Municipal Court office. Please note that the court is not responsible for mail delays.
