GreeleyCO.gov, a New Website Built for You

Welcome to the new City of Greeley website. We are currently in a soft launch and are continuing to improve the upgraded site. Thank you for your patience as we work through the final stages of development.

Digital Accessibility Statement

The City of Greeley is committed to providing equal access and opportunities to all users.

We are dedicated to improving user experience of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to ensure public-facing and internal-facing contents and technologies are easy to navigate and access.

Furthermore, we aim to provide timely responses to requests for reasonable accommodation or modification as well as any reports, recommendations, or grievance submissions pertaining to digital accessibility.

Digital Accessibility Conformance Standards

The City of Greeley follows guidance published by the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) which has adopted Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) as standards to review, test, and validate digital accessibility conformance levels of our digital contents and Web-based services. These guidelines were designed to not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

Our ongoing efforts include automated and manual accessibility testing measures utilizing industry-standard software as well as screen readers to identify potential barriers. We work hard to remediate existing accessibility issues while investing in training resources available to city employees who design, develop, and distribute public-facing content.

Request for Accommodations or Provide Feedback

The City of Greeley is committed to providing accommodation in form of a reasonable modification or adjustment that enables a qualified person with a disability to enjoy the same access to services, activities and programs that are enjoyed by persons without disabilities.

We appreciate your comments, questions, and suggestions regarding your experiences on our website and digital services. Please reach out to us if you or your assistive technologies encounter accessibility barriers while navigating and accessing the City of Greeley's websites or digital services.

To request reasonable accommodations or modifications, or to report inaccessible content, please reach out to the ADA Coordinator through any of the following means:

We encourage individuals to submit feedback and request reasonable accommodations that will help ensure access to the services we provide.

  • All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and we will do our best to reply to all communications within two (2) business days.
  • Accommodations are provided at no cost.
  • Accommodation requests that would impose an undue financial, technical or administrative burden may not be fulfilled as requested.
