Report a Municipal Code Violation

Greeley has a priority to keep neighborhoods and public spaces Clean, Safe, and Beautiful.

Healthy Neighborhood Resources and Planning

Supporting Greeley neighborhoods includes providing resources for homeowners, landlords, tenants and homeowner associations. It also includes extensive planning to ensure neighborhoods thrive now and in the future.

Neighborhood Improvement Grants

Greeley is proud of its great neighbors and neighborhoods. The city created the neighborhood improvement mini grants to help Greeley residents make their neighborhoods attractive, safe, enjoyable, and distinctive.

Is there a project or activity that your neighborhood wants but needs more resources? Review the possibilities with the NRO team and explore applying for one of the annual grants. City staff are available to help develop your project and give application feedback.

Neighborhood and Sub-Area Studies and Plans

Neighborhoods are fundamental building blocks of Greeley's community.

Planning allows a community to become proactive in response to neighborhood issues and invites the diverse interests within a neighborhood to come together for the purpose of developing a shared vision.

The Imagine Greeley Comprehensive Plan is the community's guiding document on planning and policy direction for advancing the community. Detailed planning and policy direction is supported by smaller neighborhood/sub-area plans and studies such as the Parks, Trails, and Open Lands Master Plan, the Bicycle Master Plan, Transit Strategic Plan, or the Transportation Master Plan.

Over the years, Greeley's Planning Division has worked on several different neighborhood/sub-area plans and studies with community members to set goals and priorities that shaped their neighborhood. View the entire Imagine Greeley plan on the Long Range Planning page.

Neighbor Labor

The Neighbor Labor Program connects Greeley residents who need help with small indoor and outdoor tasks to volunteers who are ready to lend a hand. Do you need help with snow removal, lawn care, or cleaning? You can apply for assistance if you can’t do the work yourself.

Once the Neighborhood Resource Office staff reviews your application and confirms that your need meets the program criteria, your project will be posted as a volunteer opportunity on the United Way of Weld County’s website. Volunteers can then sign up to help with your project.

Please note that this program does not cover big jobs like house painting or construction projects. Residents can find volunteer opportunities under the Neighbor Labor Program initiative.

Neighborhood Conduct Class

Did you get a $1,000 noise ticket for disturbing the peace? Call NRO at 970-350-9659 to register for a Good Neighbor Class, held at the Greeley Police Department, 2875 10th St. Reservations are required.
