HOA Workshop: Associations' Duties, Rights and Limitations on Managing the Common Elements and Problematic Maintenance Scenarios

The City of Greeley’s Community Development Office and Altitude Community Law invite the community to the 2026 HOA Workshops. This training series covers a variety of topics, including HOA duties and requirements. The trainings will help HOAs maintain homeowner relationships, avoid liability issues and ensure legal compliance.

This session dives into Associations' Duties, Rights and Limitations on Managing the Common Elements and Problematic Maintenance Scenarios. Light refreshments will be available for participants.
