Sign Up Steps:

  • Find your account number by clicking here to look it up using your old account number (format: 0XX-XXXXXX-01).  On your paper bill, it will be found on the top left of your most recent Greeley Water bill.
  • Click on the Greeley Utility Portal Login button. Then click on the blue Sign Up link.
  • Create your account. Enter your account number and most recent water bill amount, then create your profile.
  • Take a tour of the portal. Learn how to pay bills online or set up autopay, view/manage your water use, and access water-savings resources and incentives.

IMPORTANT: All water utility accounts reverted to paper bills when the Greeley Utility Portal launched. Sign up for your account to reconnect autopay or make online payments, view/manage your water use, and more.

The City of Greeley Utility Portal has replaced the previous water and sewer billing system and the WaterSmart Program.

Please create an account in the Utility Portal. This is strongly recommended for all customers, and it is especially important if you prefer to pay your water bills online.

How: Locate account number on your most recent water utility bill and sign up for your Greeley Utility Portal account using the Sign Up Now link that is at the top of this page.
